Assistant Examinations Officer

The Trustees of Ribston Hall High School are looking to appoint a positive and enthusiastic Assistant Examinations Officer.

Working with the Examinations Officer, you will ensure that all aspects of Examinations
administration are dealt with in a professional, timely and accurate manner.

You will assist with the administration, organisation and smooth running of both the public and internal examinations for students who are entered by the school and any external candidates. You will also deputise for the Examinations Officer, when required.

With excellent administrative skills and attention to detail, you will have experience or knowledge of the school examinations system, although full training will be provided.

Closing Date: Sunday 26th January 2025 at 5.00pm
Interview Date: Week Commencing 27th January 2025
Start Date: As soon as possible


Lettings Caretaker

An opportunity has arisen to join the friendly site team at Ribston Hall High School as our Lettings Caretaker, on a permanent basis. 

At Ribston Hall we have a thriving lettings portfolio, with various clubs and groups utilising the space available within our school after school hours. 

The Lettings Caretaker will work on-site, after the school day and will be the first point of contact for our lettings customers when they are at Ribston Hall.  Working Monday to Friday between the hours of 5.00pm – 9.15pm, the Lettings Caretaker will work 15 hours per week.  There will be the occasional requirement for weekend working.

Exam Invigilators (Casual)

The Governors of Ribston Hall High School are looking to appoint additional Exam Invigilators on a casual basis, to form part of our friendly Examinations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Exam Invigilators team at Ribston Hall High School, based just outside the city centre on Stroud Road, Gloucester.

We are seeking to recruit a number of dependable invigilators to assist in conducting examinations. Previous invigilator experience is not essential, as full training will be given.

You will be an effective communicator, with a detailed and thorough approach to work. You will be confident to work independently and be well-organised, with exceptional time-keeping skills.


Relief Cover Supervisors

Ribston Hall High School is regularly looking for relief Cover Supervisors to maintain lesson continuity during teacher absence. This is to work on an ad-hoc basis to provide classroom cover, sometimes at short notice. This is a very flexible job and cover may be for just one lesson, a whole day or a week.
